The NACS Foundation generously supports NACS educational programming which includes CAMEX, TAC, online courses, webcasts, state and regional facilitator-led programs and many more educational opportunities.
Grant Applications
The NACS Foundation is pleased to offer conference grants, travel stipends, and professional development grants to NACS recognized stores and educational institutions to attend and participate in NACS conferences and educational programming.
CAMEX Grants - The NACS Foundation is now accepting applications for CAMEX26 Conference Grants! This year, applicants may choose between two opportunities:
- Traditional CAMEX Grant - Includes free CAMEX registration and four nights’ accommodation in the headquarters hotel. Hotel reservations will have a set check-in date of February 26 and a set check-out date of March 2.
- $500 Travel Stipend - Can be applied toward any CAMEX-related expenses, including registration, travel, lodging, or meals.
Applications are open through October 31, 2026.
All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their request by Friday, November 14, 2026.
TAC Travel Stipends
- The application process for TAC 2025 Travel Stipends closed on September 12.
Applications submitted prior to the deadline are currently under review. Notifications of the outcomes of applications will be sent via email on Friday, September 26.
Selected recipients will receive a $500 check issued to their store or institution. Stipends can be used toward any travel-related expense, including transportation, lodging, or meals.

Program Development Grants - The NACS Foundation offers grants to NACS affiliated state and regional associations to facilitate education sessions provided by NACS. All applications for program development must be submitted six weeks prior to the event to be considered.

Grants will be awarded based on applicant need and weighted selection criteria.
Ensuring the success of all NACS member stores and independent campus stores, the NACS Foundation offers a number of professional development grants to any college store professional wanting to attend NACS conferences, educational programs, or online courses who otherwise could not afford to attend without assistance.
NACS Foundation grants are awarded to applicants based on need and weighted selection criteria. All applications must be submitted by the published deadline to be considered, and each store or institution is eligible for one (1) grant every twenty-four (24) months for a conference of their choice (such as CAMEX) and
one (1) grant every twenty-four (24) months for a course materials conference (such as the Textbook Affordability Conference). In addition, stores or institutions are also eligible for one (1) grant every twenty-four (24) months for an online course of their choice. State and regional associations are eligible to apply for one grant, valued up to $1,000, to help with program development each calendar year.
