2019 Brian Cartier Distinguished Service Award Recipient
Vicki Morris Benion
As executive director of the NACS Foundation, Benion led the highly successful “Building A Better Tomorrow” campaign, which raised over $1.3 million.Those funds sponsored NACS education programs at industry events. She also led a significant strategic planning process that will position the foundation as the leader in creating college store standards.
Created in 2002, the Distinguished Service Award is the NACS Foundation’s highest honor. The award recognizes the devotion, service, and visionary leadership given to the Foundation. Presentation of The NACS Foundation Distinguished Service Award is made at CAMEX.
In honor of his service to the Foundation, the NACS Foundation Board of Directors renamed the award as the Brian Cartier Distinguished Service Award and Brian Cartier as the first recipient.
